The process of laser processing generates a variety of toxic fumes (a mix of particulates and gasses) known as LGAC's (Laser Generated Air Contaminates).
Although the initial purchase price is slightly higher than HEPA extractors the fact there are no filters to replace in Vent2Air systems makes them an attractive option for removing "LGAC's" from laser engraving and cutting systems.
With a filter set costing in the region of £350 a Vent2Air system could save you £1,050 per annum based on just three filter changes.
The option is green too; HEPA systems have an environmental cost in both their manufacture and disposal.
Our contractor can arrange for fitting of the Vent2Air unit within the home counties or you can choose to DIY, if you are comfortable with hand tools and DIY projects you can expect to install a Vent2Air kit in less than four hours.
