The Hi-Drive II controller has a universal serial bus (USB) connection making it compatible with all modern PC's and future proofing it against obsolesce. The USB connection is bi-directional enabling instant control of the machine with feedback of cutting speeds and spindle rpm.

The Hi Drive II controller is configurable to the optimum settings that suit your engraving table and SureLab software is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Out of the box the controller is optimised for cutter and diamond engraving and when incorporated with a Suregrave engraving machine automatic cutter setting.

State of the art digital electronics are used in the controller to give it industry leading performance, compared to older engraving systems today's are up to four times faster.

Hi-Drive II leads the field when it comes to efficiency too, recovering and recycling unused power much like the recovery systems fitted to formula one cars (and now finding their way into production cars).

2. Engraver Table Upgrade

A controller and software upgrade will bring a new lease of life to you old engraving table but part exchanging and upgrading it will deliver optimum performance. We can retrofit the Rotation S, 2516i or 4824i to any machine previously fitted with a Controller and Software upgrade.
