The Vacuum Chip Hose Kit allows you to extract swarf from inside the nose-cone maintaining consistent engraving depth

The Vacuum Chip Hose Kit is quickly attached to the Suregrave engraver by way of the vacuum boot and the optional vacuum unit.

By extracting swarf from inside the vacuum boot we eliminate ghosting even on very soft plastics such as coffin plates

Extraction is recommended when using a rotating cutter to ensure constant cut depth and keep machine and work area clean.

Suregrave machines include auto start/stop for swarf extraction and other ancillary devices.

Eco Swarf Extraction (5L) - 1
The Mid-Flow system will suit routine cycles of engraving, thermal cut out is avoided thanks to the metal casing and twin speed motor.

Pro Swarf Extraction (14L) - 2
The Pro system is ideal for high volumes, the motors are brushless and designed for continuous running with minimum 30,000 hours use before servicing. They generate high vacuums and are quiet in operation. The large capacity bag filter has a very high efficiency and can easily be emptied and re-used.

A swarf extraction fitting kit is available for all the Suregrave machines.
