Equip your Speedy 500 with a range of accessories designed to make your laser truly versatile.

Gas Kit
With the Gas Kit, up to two procedure gases (pressurised air, N2, ...) can be connected. This prevents fires, improves the transport of dust, and also protects the lens. With certain materials, processing results are greatly optimized in this manner.

i-Cut®
Precise registration mark recording and cutting-path compensation system. With the aid of registration marks iCutt recognizes distortions in printed materials and adjusts the cut path, indispensable in the printing industry, in the manufacture of plastic foil keyboards, or in the treatment of some acrylic items.

Cutting Table With Cross-Flow Ventilation 
The Speedy 500 is configured to process thicker materials. An integrated jet strip generates cross flow ventilation under the material, removing the dust, fumes and and other debris generated by the lasing process.  Material support on low reflection anodized aluminium plates (or acrylic plates).

Vacuum Table 
Thin and light weight materials that generally do not lay flat on the surface can be engraved well, cut or marked when used in combination with the vacuum table (e.g. film, plastic laminates, veneers, paper,...).

Auto Focus
The Electro-optic autofocus utilizes light sensing technology to provide the tightest focus . Extremely simple to use it provides maximum convenience for the operator.

Air Assist 
The air assist option protects the laser optics & prevents combustion of flammable materials whilst direct debris and fumes towards the exhaust vents. Air Assist can be fully controlled by the JobControl software.

Honeycomb table with vacuum table
Used in combination with the vacuum table, the aluminium honeycomb table enables the cutting of thin materials that require a strong vacuum. A port in the lower honeycomb area ensures even vacuum distribution.

Rotary Attachment 
The largest rotary engraving device on the market with a length of up to 104 cm & diameters up to 25 cm (weight up to 10 kg)!

Exhaust System 
A powerful exhaust system is essential for the safe operation of your laser machine, and offer protection for you, your employees and the environment. Trotec offers a broad range of exhaust systems for all applications. All Trotec exhaust systems can be controlled by the JobControl software including automatic shutdown. Choose HEPA or Vent to Air
