12 month parts and labour warranty.
ll Suregrave rotary engraving machines are supplied with a 12 month parts and labour warranty and priority access to our tech support desk.
Up to 10 years breakdown protection with annual service
Suregrave machines can be protected against breakdown for up to 10 years (maximum) only applies to Wizzard 12, Rotation S, 2516i, 4824i or derivatives of those systems, supplied new with a High Drive 2 controller. The Suregrave Wizzard 6 (aka Mini ME) can be protected for up to 3 years (maximum).
Customers within Trotec breakdown protection also enjoy priority access to our tech support desk during this period.
Equipment can only be protected if serviced by Trotec Laser Limited before the anniversary of the install date or subsequent annual service dates. Breakdown protection lasts for 12 months and should be renewed by booking a service with Trotec prior to the anniversary of the last service.
If a service is missed, warranties can be re-instated by booking a service with Trotec Laser Limited plus an additional replay charge.
Breakdown protection applies to Suregrave manufactured parts only and specifically excludes third party accessory items such as vacuum units and computers. Also excluded are consumable items or parts such as spindle bearings, router motors, drive belts, nose cones, cutters and cutter knobs.
Inappropriate use, fitting of non Trotec parts or service by any other person/company or changes to computers or operating systems without verification from Trotec will invalidate the warranty.
Remote Support.
Using TeamViewer we can connect to your computer (with your express permission, requires internet connection). Remote support helps us solve issues quickly - often on the first call.
