Book Re-Configure Software

1. DIY using the FAQ and Download sections on the website however if you need Windows re-installing then you’ll need to refer to your original documentation or visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-vista/Installing-and-reinstalling-Windows. Help is available free of charge using WebCare (email support) or by using the SureTech line @ 50p/min.

2. Use the email form below to or send an email to service@suregrave.com to book a PC to PC session using our LogMeIn service for £195. If we are unable to complete the re-configuration over the internet then we will arrange to have your PC etc uplifted and we’ll complete the service for no extra cost at our Factory. This method only applies to engraving software or driver re-installation and you will be required to change CD’s etc.

3. Use the email form below to or send an email to service@suregrave.com to book a return to base re-configuration and we’ll get you up and running for £195.00

4. Use the email form below to or send an email to service@suregrave.com to book a return to base re-configuration and we’ll get you up and running for £350.00 including some refresher training.

5. Use the email form below to or send an email to service@suregrave.com to book an on-site re-configuration with service and we’ll get you up and running and service your machine for £450 with the addition of some refresher training.

Legacy Cipher, Dahlgren and Suregrave machines can use custom interface cards that are incompatible with todays’ PC’s and may necessitate a competitive upgrade to the latest technology.

Customers who have machines regularly serviced by us and are within a 12 month period from their last service receive priority access to the SureCare team.

If you’ve upgraded your PC or been unfortunate enough to have your computer damaged or stolen then you’ll need some help re-installing the software and drivers. SureCare offers you the choice of five methods so you can to choose what’s best for your business.   

Important notice: If you purchased your PC from Suregrave and it is less than one year old then re-configuration caused by breakdown is covered by your warranty for the first twelve months however re-configuration caused by owner error or by adding programs or changing settings is not covered.
