For the purposes of the SureCare Life warranty, the usable lifetime of the Suregrave manufactured machines is considered to be 10 years (3 years for Wizzard 6). | |
You can book a service by emailing service@suregrave.com or using the form below. There are four types of service dependent upon the make, mode and age of the machine.
SureCare Life (new machines). Full parts & labour up to 10 years* on the Suregrave Hi Drive II machines (*3 years on Wizzard 6) and up to 5 years for Co2 lasers. SureCare Life is transferrable between machine owners.
SureCare Replay (new machines up to 2 yrs 11 months old but not serviced since new). A Suregrave machine (Hi Drive II variant) can be brought back into the SureCare Life with a Replay service. There is an additional charge of £250 to replay the warranty.
SureCare Labour Plus (out of warranty or pre Hi-Drive II. After a service in the event of a breakdown customers are protected from additional labour costs and parts discounted (10%) for the service& subsequently any parts required during the next 12 months from service date.
SureCare Service (legacy Cipher, Dahlgren & other makes of machines). We have many customers with legacy machines & we stock a large number of genuine, re0manufatured or cloned party parts. If parts are unavailable (some legacy machines are 20+ years old) we offer a competitive upgrade to the latest technology. For 12 months from the service date any additional parts are available at a 10% discount

Our engineers carry out a 58 point service which includes the stripping, cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of the drive train.
