LogMeIn rescue customer support is the modern face of our company, critical to our ability to retain customers and increase their satisfaction with Suregrave. LogMeIn Rescue means we solve issues quickly - often on the first call.
With LogMeIn we can gain control of a remote PC over the web in seconds and without the need to pre-install software. Once our SureCare technician is connected to your device he has just about the same capabilities as if he was sitting in front of your device.
As long as both our technician and the customer have a working connection to the Internet, the physical distance between them is irrelevant.
Attended remote support means our technician can only take actions with your explicit consent. Each time our technician needs to take a new action (for example, seeing which processes are currently running on the customer's device) a dialog is displayed on the customer's screen asking him to allow the action.Customer support is the face of your company.
