At Trotec Laser Ltd we make every attempt to provide the very best possible service. We have a dedicated tech desk (office hours only) and 5 regionally based cross trained engineers.

Service or support  can be requested using the service request form or telephone 0844 800 0020, option 3.

On receipt of your call or email we’ll advise you the most appropriate response to solve your issue  e.g. email, telephone, remote access, engineers visit or return to base.

Customers within warranty or serviced within the 12 months of today's date receive a priority response.

Service of Laser & Rotary engraver
We carry out a 58+ point service which includes stripping, cleaning, lubrication (rotary engravers only) and adjustment of the drive train.

Serviced machines achieve the highest quality, engrave/cut at the fastest possible rates and are reliable keeping breakdowns/downtime to a minimum. Machines with service history have a higher re-sale/part exchange value.
