For the purposes of the SureCare Life warranty, the usable lifetime of Suregrave machines is considered to be 10 years (3 years for Wizzard 6). Inappropriate use of the machines invalidates warranty. Warranty excludes spindles, drive belts and incompatibility caused by changes to PC or operating systems which are outside of our control. Priority access applies to customers who have purchased or had a machine serviced within 12 months of today's date and specially nominated materials customers. Our manufacturing and Head Office in Tyneside is at the hub of our service with personnel based at the factory to provide technical support and back to base service.
For on-site service we have a team of regionally based engineers meaning our service prices are the same low price for everyone on the UK mainland.
Our experienced engineers carry out machine demonstrations and installations meaning you can trust their advice, after all, they'll look after you in the field.
Machine warranties are linked to annual service allowing protecting our customers against breakdown and parts and labour charges for up to 10 years (Wizzard 6 3 years, ULS lasers 5 years).
Serviced machines engrave/cut at the fastest possible rates, they are more reliable meaning downtime is kept to a minimum and machines with service history have a higher re-sale or part exchange value.
WebCare (free internet and email support)
WebCare is internet/email based and free to all of our machine customers. WebCare allows access to frequently asked questions on our website and a direct email service to our technicians. For assistance, please email service@suregrave.com
SureTech (0906 703 1306)
SureTech provides telephone technical support for non SureCare customers. Calls made to this number cost 50p per minute. This is a direct number to our technicians. Please note that there is no messaging service is available on this service, For a guaranteed response we recommend the WebCare service.
LogMeIn (web access to your computer)
LogMeIn allows our engineers to access your PC remotely. The service is free to customers within SureCare. Customers outside of SureCare will be charged at £60 per hour for support on on-line training with a minimum charge of £30.
Multiple machine discounts
Discounts are available for customers who have more than one machine to be serviced, see price table.
Customers who have purchased a machine or had a service from Suregrave within 12 months. from today's date are protected by SureCare and receive a priority response for technical support and service.
Anyone outside of this criteria should select service, repair or reconfiguration of software using the forms on the appropriate pages on this website.
SureCare life cares for the latest Suregrave machines with up to 10 years parts and labour warranty for rotary engravers and up to 5 years for lasers.
Legacy engraving systems from Suregrave, Cipher Systems and Dahlgren can be cared for by Suregrave where we have the largest stock in the world of original manufacturers parts.
Other makes of rotary and laser engravers can also be serviced and upgraded by Suregrave.
