As long as both our technician and the customer have a working connection to the Internet, the physical distance between them is irrelevant.
Our technician can only connect and take actions with your explicit consent.

There is no charge for remote connection to customers who have purchased a machine within the past 12 months or who have had their machine serviced by a Trotec employed technician within the past 12 months We reserve the right to charge for connection for customers outside of warranty or for customers with machines which have not been serviced by Trotec employed technicians within the past 12 months. In these instances the price will be communicated and we will require your emailed acceptance prior to connection. |
