Multi Jigs

Multi jigs provide fast and effective work holding for multiples of labels the same size. The multi jig comprises a top plate, vac grip centre and backing sheet.

We custom cut the top jig plate to suit the size of your labels or plates which ensures accurate location and secure work-holding  The vac grip centre piece holds the work piece firmly yet allows fast loading and removal. The bottom plate ensures the jig lays flat across a T slot table.

A feature of the multi plate is the top jig plate can be changed to suit different work pieces and the vac grip can be replaced when required.

If purchased as a pair there are considerable productivity gains, with one set of work being engraved on the machine whilst the other multi jig is unloaded and re-loaded.
