Lift panels require precision engraving deep enough into stainless steel to be "filled with engravers paint". Panels produced in this way will survive graffiti attacks and vandalism.

Suregrave have acquired a wealth of experience in manufacturing stainless steel lift, control and access panels with the result that the 2516i & 4824i machines include a generous 100mm of Z clearance both flat or welded stud panels to be securely held and engraved.

Fitted with powerful drives and precision collet spindles the standard machines make light work of stainless steel engraving using SureLabs geometric tool library to program multiple passes to the desired depth.

For high volumes the machines can be fitted with a 60,000rpm High Frequency spindle and spray mist coolant system.
