Rotary Device
|
The rotary device has a high torque motor and an inbuilt cone and friction plate work holding. |

The Suregrave pin chuck can be fitted to the rotary device extending the work holding and processing options. |
The High Torque Rotary Fixture allows you to extend your laser processing around cylindrical surfaces. It holds the part between two cones that adapt to a variety of common shapes.
On VLS/PLS/ILS platform it also can accommodate tapered items because it allows raising one end of the fixture, on the VLS desktop machines the rotary device is fixed flat. The fixture is computer controlled and can engrave an entire 360 degrees around an object or more if overlap is needed.
On VLS desktop items up to 100mm diameter and up to 406mm long can be processed.
VLS/PLS/ILS platforms can accommodate items up to 200mm diameter and up to 406mm long.
Installation of the rotary device takes less than 30 seconds All Compatible systems are shipped from the factory rotary ready. Common Uses include glassware, sporting goods, mugs and laserable cylindrical objects.
