The Dual Head is ideal for high volume production of identical items up to half the size of the work area.
Two identical jobs are processed at the same time by splitting the work area into two identical areas and the beam into two beams. Splitting the beam reduces each beams power by approximately 50% so this
option is usually purchased along with 50 - 75 watts of power. it is usually necessary to reduce processing speed but the production rate increases from 0-100% depending on the application. Time advantages typically increase with higher power and larger engraving areas.
Teh dual head can be installed in under one minute.
