MACHINES
Wizzard ST
The WIZZARD ST connects directly to your computer's USB port making engraving as easy as using a word processor.
The WIZZARD ST takes up little more space than an office typewriter but boasts an industry beating 303mm x 303mm work area, with a solid aluminum T-slot table fitted as standard.
Link the PC and ST through Engravelab® software & you have an engraving system, capable of importing your customer's CAD or DTP drawings, scanning logos and engraving any font style.
The main feature of this machine is the “do anything” flexibility of a good size flat engraving table combined with a large capacity rotary fixture.
The core work holding device known as the “Rotation”, rotates to change from flat to rotary, and back to flat in 60 seconds.
In its’ flat mode, the “Rotation” can be switched between tee slot or self-centring vice with a simple selection on the handheld controller.
When it’s time to “Rotate”, the spindle unit moves out of the way and the self-locating Rotation device can be spun around. Select the Rotary option on the handheld controller and enter the radius of the work piece.
The rotary can be angled to cope with conical shapes or used in self locating mode for regular cylinders and the flat table can be raised and lowered for unusual shaped and sized pieces.
If it can be engraved, the Rotation S can engrave it!
System 2516i
The 2516i features a work area of 25" x 16" and has been purpose designed for industrial engraving applications.
Built up on a solid cast aluminium base and featuring a solid aluminium T slot table, the high build quality & inherent strength of its design makes the machine capable of & ideally suited to high volume work in all materials from plastics to stainless steel.
The machine features a touch off tool. This semi-automates the setting of work height datums making the process much faster & less prone to operator error.
System 4824i
The 4824i is a dual purpose engraving and routing system, equally at home engraving typically small text as it is routing letters and logos in signmaking materials.
Featuring a 48" x 24" work area with a compact footprint of 6' x 3' (nominal) it is ideally suited to both the engraver and signmaker who not only require a truly versatile machine but also to those premises where space is at a premium.
