The ILS can be configured to provide up to 150 Watts of power, and it features the world's most advanced materials based printer driver that delivers consistently excellent results.
Designed for high-speed cutting, deep engraving/permanent marking at high-throughput and incorporates patented Rapid Reconfiguration(TM) technology, enabling upgrade or renewal of laser power within seconds and without tools.
You can convert your ILS Class 1 laser system into a Class 4 in the field quickly and easily, the CDRH Compliant Class-4 pass through upgrade includes all the features you need as a responsible business owner to protect yourself, your business and your staff.

An optional automation interface makes it possible to incorporate the ILS machine into a production line.
With SureLab PhotoLaser + you can cut, engrave and mark detailed, intricate patterns or shapes quickly and cleanly in a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, plastic, rubber, and fabric.
The laser features a unique material based interface, choose the material group and type, input the thickness and the ILS does the rest, adjusting the laser properties and focussing. Suregrave include an advanced interface which provides total control and adjustment of the lasers performance.
Universal Laser Systems are the only manufacturer to produce cartridges (tubes) and the machine so cartridge replacements cost up to two thirds less than other brands making them the most cost effective lasers in the world based on running costs.
