Suregrave offer a range of direct part marking machines which can be bench top mounted or integrated into production lines.
Whether your company is new to UID requirements or not, our combined industry experience will help create an integrated system for marking, high quality marking at high speeds in a wide variety of materials. Electronic adjustment and control of speed, dwell and impact deformations means tensions and breaks in the work piece can be avoided.
Fonts, symbols, logos and 2D Data matrix code can be accurately produced by selecting an appropriate stylus. Programmable marking features include : linear and circular texts, dates, counters; up to 20 optional fonts, drawing tools, logo's (in .plt file format), 2D Data Matrix code (including special formats for high roughness surfaces).

G series
The remote G series keyboard/controller is designed for cabinet, panel or stand alone mounting and is equipped with Semplified Integration Protocol, marking start/stop I/O signals. The marking heads are compact and at 20-25Kg robust enough for the toughest applications. Units are protected against ingress of contaminants to active and moving parts.
M series
M Series markers are purpose designed for in-line integration and include protection to operational/moving parts, Semplified Integration Protocol, marking start/stop I/O signals. The marking heads can deliver a high dots per cell at; 1 x 1, 2 x 2 and 3 x 3 (NASA specifications).
