Microdot marking delivers high quality marking at high speeds over a wide variety of materials thanks to electronic adjustment and control of speed, dwell and impact. Thus deformations, tensions and breaks in the work piece can be avoided.

Systems allow the production of fonts, symbols, logos and 2D Data matrix code and it's possible to mark a wide range of materials and surfaces by way of selecting the appropriate styluses. The programmable marking features include : linear and circular texts, dates, counters; up to 20 optional fonts, drawing tools, logo's (in .plt file format), 2D Data Matrix code (including special formats for high roughness surfaces).

E series
The E series is light (3.8kg with battery) and so is the perfect solution to mark big and heavy parts in areas where no compressed air or electricity is available (depots, courtyards etc). The normal battery life is approx. 2 1/2 hours. The E series combine high marking forces, light weight, compact ensuring they provide maximum portability. As an "all-in-one marker" there's no need to carry any kind of extra device.

If you need a truly portable dot marking solution then the E series are ideal, no connection to compressed air needed, available with an (optional) embedded battery for total portability and low weight reducing operator fatigue.

The E series 1 has a battery with cable connection.
The E series 5 includes an inbuilt battery with the option of using the external battery.

P series
With a weight of only 3Kg the P series are the lightest portable stamper available from Suregrave. With built text and graphic modes and pre-set parameters there's no need for a PC connection however the P series 5 includes a useful RS232 serial interface which allows marking layouts and logos's (.plt)  to be stored and loaded from a PC. In-built technology also allows optional network connectivity for up to 32 markers.

The P series 1 uses an electrical connection and pneumatic supply, no RS232 connection
The P series 5 requires an electrical connection and pneumatic supply and features a RS232 serial connection.
