Microdot marking delivers high quality marking at high speeds over a wide variety of materials thanks to electronic adjustment and control of speed, dwell and impact. Thus deformations, tensions and breaks in the work piece can be avoided.
Systems allow the production of fonts, symbols, logos and 2D Data matrix code and it's possible to mark a wide range of materials and surfaces by way of selecting the appropriate styluses. The programmable marking features include : linear and circular texts, dates, counters; up to 20 optional fonts, drawing tools, logo's (in .plt file format), 2D Data Matrix code (including special formats for high roughness surfaces).
S series
With an integral keyboard the S series machines are very compact and at only 8Kg they are portable between work stations. Despite their portability the S series deliver high quality marking on a wide range of materials and integral shutters offer protection and long life. Up to 100 jobs can be stored in the machines internal memory at any one time.
The S series 1 is an entry level machine with 5 resident fonts

G series
The G series markers have a wide work area and are utilise linear bearing ways for the perfect marking of plates and curved surfaces in a wide variety of materials. An industrial keyboard is used to program the machine and up to 100 job layouts can be stored. 5 resident fonts are included. Both G series models allow dynamic coding of 2D Data Matrix without connection to PC. The compact design makes it possible to mark on the top of outsize objects and the machine can be modified to provide greater Z clearance.
The G series 1 is an entry level machine suitable for text and numeric applications.
The G series 5 features an RS232 serial port for import of jobs/logos (.plt) as well as being Network enabled. Included software makes a preview on screen of the job.
