These tungsten carbide cutters are manufactured to high tolerances and are suitable for the drilling and routing PCB’s as well as cutting resistant materials such as composite woods (MDF) and plastics. Ground with sharp edges the tungsten provides good resistance against wear and an excellent finish.
The 2 flute square ended cutters are suitable for plunge/slotting in a wide variety of materials and the round end cutters ideal for 3D profiling.
HTEM/HTMB cutters are available with a solid shank for use in an appropriate collet or half ground to fit our HTEM cutter holders.
A range of tungsten carbide D bit engraving cutters are available to suit many machine types, see Tungsten Carbide Cutters. These can be ground to any tip size to suit your application e.g. isolation machining or background removal.
