Suregrave will quote an inclusive price to cover the parts and labour repair of the machine/s. If we are unable to repair machines on-site we reserve the right to have the machine collected and returned to our factory where we have more complex diagnostic and testing facilities and will make the repair without additional charge. A full list of terms and conditions is available on request. | |
SureCare Service (legacy Cipher, Dahlgren and Suregrave machines). We have many customers with legacy machines which we continue to support. We stock a large number of genuine parts and if parts are unavailable (some legacy machines are approaching twenty years old) we can offer a competitive upgrade to the latest technology. If any subsequent parts are required within a period of 12 months from the service date they are available at a 10%.
Customers who have machines regularly serviced by us and are within a 12 month period from their last service receive priority access to the SureCare team.
Multiple machine discounts
Discounts are available for customers who have more than one machine to be repaired, prices upon application.

If you require a repair and your machine isn't covered by SureCare fill out the following form with a description of the fault.
We will communicate with you prior to the repair and we guarantee to fix any reported faults for our quoted price, giving you peace of mind you won't be faced with an escalating bill and you will be operational when our engineer leaves. Please note if our engineer can't fix the problem on site we will repair the fault at our factory.
We recommend annually servicing your machine/s
1. Serviced machines engrave/cut at the fastest possible rates
2. Serviced machines are more reliable meaning downtime is kept to a minimum
3. Machines with service history have a higher re-sale or part exchange value
