Efficient operation
Trotec exhaust systems are optimised for the toughest conditions and a long service life. Productivity is achieved by an optimum combination of laser and exhaust technology. This saves valuable time usually spent on service and maintenance.

Digital operator panel 
The operator panel is ergonomically designed and located on the upper side of the Atmos exhaust system providing simple, convenient access.

Brushless fans 
Atmos exhaust systems are fitted with continuous operation brushless fans. They are entirely maintenance free. The continuous fresh air cooling system guaranties maximum service life.

Automated power control
Flow control technology is used to ensure the exhaust function is automatically adjusted according to the filter saturation. This guarantees optimal gas and dust extraction.

Bi-directional control 
Atmos exhaust systems may be conveniently controlled via the monitor. The operator also receives feedback regarding fan activity and filter saturation directly back to the Trotec JobControl® software.

Energy-saving mode
Trotec's JobControl® software may be used to set the length of time the fans should be running before and after the engraving takes place. This ensures optimal exhaust extraction and the automated turn-on time saves valuable energy and cash.

Cleaning set (optional) 
This is used to clean the internal laser compartment and the tools. The cleaning set may also be connected to the exhaust hose on the rear of the Atmos exhaust system.

Sound insulation module (optional) 
This is used to further reduce the amount of operating noise, making the Atmos exhaust system even quieter. Ideal for operation in office spaces or shopping centers.

Replacement "Comfort Box" filter (optional) 
It is easy to replace the particle filter as required. Open the upper lid, remove the filter and insert the new filter.

"Comfort Carbon" active charcoal filter (optional)
Maximum filtering of odours using the most efficient active charcoal.

Ventilation connection (optional)
All Atmos stand-alone units may be connected to an external ventilation system as standard.
