Machines
Trotec lasers are manufactured at our state of the art factory in Wels, Austria.
Suregrave engravers are manufactured at our N.E. factory in Tyneside UK.
Sublimation and printing equipment is from Tromark (EU), Direct Colour Systems (USA), DirectJet & Mimaki (Japan).
Additionally laser equipment is sourced from Epilog (USA) and rotary engravers from Roland (Japan) & Vision (USA)

Service & support
With regional offices Trotec Laser is well placed to provide on-site service to our customers. Our engineers are cross trained meaning you're always supported. Our techdesk responds to requests submitted by email which are continuously monitored gives us the best responsein our industry. Additionally technical support is available through our web pages, phone or computer to computer access via the internet.
