Our customers tell us the 2516i represents the most flexible solution for professional engraving. Utilising a solid cast aluminium construction the machine is capable of deep engraving all materials from wood, through plastics & stainless steel.
A special cutter axis feature allows the spindle to "float" for engraving plastics or made rigid for deep cutting metals. Achieving quality results in metal necessitates accurate cutter setting and the 2516i includes an electronic system to deliver precise results eliminating guesswork and costly mistakes.
To facilitate speedy completion we feature "proximity restart".

Jog the cutter close to where you wish to re-start and Hi Drive will seek the nearest position asking you to confirm or step on/back.
Engravable gifts, badges and labels are accommodated with the optional centre opening vice. High Speed (HF) spindles and spray mist coolant systems are available to cope with difficult applications.
The virtual control control panel on the Windows desktop is common throughout our range so customers can add additional machines without training. Choose from SureLab Lite or Professional software depending upon your needs.
